I was at the restaurant. And my sister waited a good 45minutes to be served. I went to Debonairs pizza, and my food even got ready whilst she was waiting to be attended. I went over to her, waited with her to be served at the counter. And no one was attending to us. Instead the cashiers went to the back, I think to the kitchen, to go chill there whilst customers where there waiting to be attended. When we finally got service, after shouting to be assisted, not a single one of them bothered to apologise. The people behind us even left.
