Dear KFC
With regard to Ref no P2/13/2776
A few weeks ago I went to KFC (drive through) in Chris Hani Mall to purchase a family meal of ten pieces with chips and 3 sides, unfortunately the guy who packed it forgot to put my chips in there with the order and I only noticed this when I got home
I was at first very upset but later calmed down and sent an E-mail to the customer care centre the next day
I was truly impressed with the way they responded, even though my complaint has not yet been fully resolved but I am happy that they took the time to contact me to get the full story
It's just a pity that I did not think to speak to the manager first before writing to the customer care centre, but I'm pretty sure I would have had the same response
Thank you very much for the service, I will definitely be sharing with a whole lot more people
