I get to a KFC to order and first I am told that I CAN'T have the specific chicken pieces I want - I get this at other KFC shops! Lerato's attitude and wanting to argue with me about the stuff I am paying for was not great! Anyway, we ordered the the family treat and it was going to be done her way... including the 2 snack burgers she decided to not include in the packet - something we discovered when we were quite far from the shop.
Please can someone advise as to why I as first treated the way I was and second why were my order items missing? Please don't post the standard "we will forward to customer service" response because that's all I got when I found a bug in my food at another KFC shop!!!
