Where's the rest of my order?

Went to KFC in the Strand, the one at the OK Food Center. We ordered a Family treat with chicken pops, chicken burgers and Krushers. First we waited for such a long period just to receive our food at the drive-thru window and when we got home we realised that all our food was not in the packet. This being after the lady at the window read our order back to us at the window. Our two snack burgers was not included in the packet we received.

This is not the first time something like this happened to us at this particular store. But by the time you get home, you don't want to drive all the way back. It's unacceptable!
