We bought KFC at the Waterglen branch on 1 January 2014. The very same evening and following day my entire family of 5 were having severe diarrhea and nausea. I contacted the branch to report this and were directed to Boitumelo who is the branch manager. She suggested that they send a KFC motorbike to collect the left overs in order for it to be tested. After that I have not heard one word from KFC. I also sent a complaint via the KFC website - no response. I phoned the call center on 8 January after which my complaint was apparently lodged officially and I was supposedly going to receive an sms with a reference number - again nothing from KFC! I am tired of multi national, multi billion fast food companies ignorance and bad food. If you complain you are just pushed aside because who needs your money and support after all?
