Called the Umhlanga branch to place an order today, the guy who answered was obviously not trained well as he didn't know anything about scooters! Was disgusted and refused to support that branch. Called the Durban North branch and another incompetent staff member answered. A black female. She knew her facts but has somewhat of a hearing problem. I repeated my number about 8 times to her, and every time, she repeated it back to me incorrectly. Frustrating!! Can't even get an order through because of incompetent dumb staff which are placed front of line in service!! A very bad first impression of Scooters!!!
