Hi had any incident with a branch that resulted in my car being damaged amongst other items.
I have been given the run around ever since.
I was told not to contact the store nor the area manager directly and that I should contact the claims dept yet they are the ones that are not responding to my emails.
I called on Monday to be told that there is a back log and I will be given feedback on my claim.
Back Log for 4 months? REALLY???
I want this matter resolved immediately and be adequately compensated for the time that they have wasted.
