I was at KFC with children on 6 January. the place was full.
the gents toilets were dirty with urine all over the floor, notwithstanding a signature on the cleaning roster signed for 1400 (and i was in there at 1325!)
there was NO toilet seat in the ladies at all. i complained to the person serving and she said it had been broken all day.
i spoke to the manager who seemed unconcerned and said a repairer had been summoned in the morning. 6 hours later it hadn't been done.
POOR HYGIENE. how were the ladies meant to use the bathroom?
