Got to news cafe and the whole experience was a disaster.
They were out of draft, their beers were warm, they served the coke in a wet warm glass with no ice, they didn't have ingredients to make the one smoothie, the fillets which were ordered as medium rare came well done, items were left off the plates though they are on the menu and they didn't have sparkling water. When I called the manager to complain he just apologised and made excuses. After I asked how he was going to rectify this and suggested a discount, which he wasn't to happy about he finally gave a 15% discount.
For a News Cafe which is situated in a casino this is appalling.
