Dear KFC Management,

I regret to inform you that I have lost all respect for your restaurant chain known as Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I have had poor service in the past, but my recent experience at your Amanzimtoti Branch is surely one to top the list.

It was a nice sunny day and I was really hungry. So I decided to have some KFC. I went to the Amanzintoti Branch, and ordered two cheese and chili rounders.

When I got home I was so excited for my rounders.By this time I was really hungry. I sat down to watch a nice movie. And opened up my rounders...

Only to find that there was cheese. There was chili. But, wait for this...
No chicken!!!

Never in my life has this happened to me. I have never come across such incompetence in all my years! I am sure that the great Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave if he knew his great name was being tarnished like this.

KFC - You have completely disappointed me as a customer. Your branches are being mismanaged by incompetent staff, and I will no longer support you. It has been a waste of my time and my money.
