Terrible Service

I would just like inform you about the terrible service we received at a KFC Canal Walk in Friday evening.
I ordered a Colonel Burger, when I sat down to eat I realised i was given zinger sauce and had to request a new burger. My husband ordered a Box meal, Upsized. He received a small chips and they forgot to add his piece of chicken. Not only was the service bad but the attitude of the staff as well. We were in Canal Walk on Monday again and chose to rather eat at another take out.
