A friend and I went for lunch this afternoon and towards the end of her meal, she noticed a dead fly embedded into the fish. We pointed this out to the waiter who showed it to the manager of the store. The manager came to us and instead of apologizing for this, he told us that it could not possibly have come from his kitchen. He basically argued with us describing his grill and telling us that this dead fly must of died on her food whilst eating!!! When I told him that I was not interested in his excuses and his hows and whys - as manager he should apologise and sort out his kitchen - he kept on with his excuses. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST!!! What a nauseating end to a nice lunch.
