At 9pm tonight I bought a meal which included roasted veg. This veg was clearly not fresh and had a horrible frozen taste to it. I called the store which was still open at the time to be told that there is nothing they can do about it. The store manager then called his manager to find out what they can. He called back with silly off of a voucher. How was that going to help me if I was starving now after a late shift, no one replaced my meal for me and I was left with no dinner... u have given me very weak reasons why why u could not help now. I am disgusted that customer services is not your priority and would rather allow a client to go to bed hungry and leave them hanging with a weak of a voucher which is not going to help me when I'm hungry now
