When I spend money, whether it be for nesesities or just as a treat to myself, I expect to get what I pay for. I purchased a power tower meal and a streetwise 3. When I recieved my goods they looked smaller than usual and I asked the lady if that was normal. She replied that they cannot make sure all peices are a specific size and that it is normal to recieve smaller pieces occasionally. That made sense to me and I left. When I opened the meals to share ocordingly, I noticed that the chicken pieces were not smaller than usual they were just not chicken. The pieces were just bones and batter. I have emailed KFC customer care too many times to count with no response and my previous hellopeter was replied to with a simple "sorry, we will try harder". NOT GOOD ENOUGH, whether it be R20 or R200 I want what I paid for. I expect someone to contact me regarding this issue as an oppoligy will not suffice as I am R102 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
