I have spent thousands of rands at Piza e Vino in Irene Village Mall and each time I try to redeem my Loyalty Slice cards I am turned away. For the past 5 months now, their "system has been down" and they are "working to fix it.". You shouldn't run a promotional deal if you don't have the capability to maintain it. This has definitely changed my perception of the franchise and I doubt I will ever eat there again.
