KFC
No mash and gravy because containers are finished

I wanted to buy a streetwise feast at kfc during lunch time after waiting in line for a long time because they only use 2 of the 4 tills during the busiest time I was told that I can't get mash and gravy because they don't have any containers! Aren't they supposed to order this in advance?
