After numerous telephone calls up and down as well as emails to Famous Brands - the issue of slander has not been resolved at all.
A letter of apology was meant to be sent which was never the case at all or the intention thereof.
I am disgusted at the follow up or the lack of it by Famous Brands.
I have no choice to take this matter further.
