I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, quality and most of all HYGIENE at a well known takeaway restaurant. I bought a Family Treat on Saturday Night, I was disgusted after breaking a piece of the chicken i found it to have a foul smell, tough and oily. luckily my 4 year old daughter didn't eat any she would have doubtfully have gotten very sick. I then returned to KFC Sunday morning and spoke to one of the assistant when asking for the manager she refused to come forward and listen to my complaint or to give an apology she just sent the message with the assistant to replace my meal with a Streetwise 2 or i must call the store manager to complain. I Refused to come back and waste money on petrol or on airtime or to accept a Streetwise two! after all who knows that could have been the same old chicken from the night before. I cant imagine the amount of people that got sick from chicken that was clearly off because the smell alone is enough to make you ill!
