On 03.11.2013, my wife visited the store in Verulam and ordered pizza to be delivered to her parents that needed to be delivered which she paid for. When the pizza was delivered about and hour later, The driver made here parents pay again after causing a rather embarassing scene on the driveway infront of the neighbourhood that was celebrating Diwali for them to pay him for pizzas that had already been paid for which they had to pay for again. My wife then got a call from them and she then drove back to the store as their telephones was off the hook again as it 8.35 as usual. She was offered no apology etc but just given the money for the pizza back. it was a waste of our time and fuel money. This is the second incident. a month ago, she ordered 2 pizzas and a coke. one of which was a double stack. she was given only one pizza that was double stacked and it was the wrong one. after complaining and waiting another 20 minutes, she was given the correct order by which time my kids had fallen asleep hungry in the car.
THis store has a history of pathetic service and it would be wise to teach them customer services skills and accountability. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE
