It is the ULTIMATE frustration when I pay for an order only to find when I get home that the extra's I paid for are missing from the meal!! Because I am not going to waste time and fuel in driving all the way back, these oversights can very easily be overlooked, which is why I am bringing it to your attention.
Please ensure that someone oversees the orders before they leave the kitchen! It seriously leaves a very bad taste in a very loyal customer's mouth.
