Shocking service and attitude

We ask for filter coffee, lavazza gave us severely watered down no taste stuff that you cant even call coffee and expect us to pay R15. They arent willing to rectify the situation after numerous complaints from our company, instead they keep dishing it out to the unsuspecting. The next day we ask for cuppaccino, which comes without milk.we complain and they just pour a dribble into the black coffee. I call the manager who talks from the back room at me, then after calling her again she stands before me with a horrid attitude telling me i must lay my complaint somewhere else. I asked for her name, to which she shouted back at me while walking to the back room that she doest have a name. I asked the other staff whar her name was and they didnt give her name. Eventually all the staff retreated into the back leaving me standing there alone.

All this occurs while they recieve an extra R10-R15 per coupon which cannot be redemed due to their over pricing on everything. They complain when we use extra suger and milk from the side table, despite their obvious increase in income.

Lavazza, we are appaled at your quality, service and terrible choice of staff. Utterly disgusting!!!
