Waste spillage

For the past 5 years we have battled with regular on going discharges of fatty effluent from the local Kentucky franchise. Besides the stuff smelling, the fat gets tramped into the carpets of neighbouring businesses. Kentucky head office passes the buck to the local franchise who do very little about the issue, I don't wish to be referred back to the local region or franchise. I want Kentucky SA to undertake to solve the problem and to report back publicly what steps they are going to take to rectify the problem and by when, Where is their commitment to avoid polluting the environment?
