BAD SERVICE

A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE IS VISITING ME FROM THE UK, I DECIDED THAT WE MUST GO AND EAT OUT AS HE WANTED TO TRY OUT THE DROS WILLOWBRIDGE, WHICH IS A NICE PLACE. SO WE WENT THERE JUST AFTER 7PM, WE GOT THERE AND WAS PLEASANTLY GREETED BY THE HOSTESS, THE WAITER TOOK US TO AN OUTSIDE TABLE. HE THEN LEFT AND NEVER RETURNED SO I WENT TO THE BAR TO BUY SOME DRINKS IN THE MEAN TIME WE WAIT FOR OUR MENUS. AFTER 35MIN WAITING FOR THE MENU I WENT TO THE HOSTESS TO ASK IF SHE COULD PLEASE SEND US A WAITER. YET WE WAITED ANOTHER 35MIN. THERE WAS A FEW WAITERS THAT PASSED OUR TABLE, BUT NOT ONE OF THEM EVEN MADE AN EFFORT TO ASK IF WE WERE SERVED OR IF WE HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. MOST OF THEM DID NOT EVEN SMILE WHEN SERVING OTHER GUESTS IT WAS AS IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. THE SERVICE EXCELLENCE WAS NONE EXISTING THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AND THEY ARE UNDER STAFF FOR A EVENING THAT THEY RUN A SPECIAL. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED BECAUSE MY FRIEND HAD TO ENDURE SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I POSTED A STATUS ON FACEBOOK AND GOT SO MANY COMMENT ON THE WILLOWBRIDGE CENTER'S RESTAURANTS THAT ARE NOT UP TO STANDARD. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOME FEED BACK ON THIS MATTER. THANKS
