On friday evening myself and a few friend decided to meet at the DROS at Heritage Square in Krugersdorp for a few drinks and something to eat. I was horrified by the awful service which we received. The waiter was poorly trained, we waited approximately 20min for our first round of drinks to be served and then it was not even the complete order. We eventually received the menus after asking three times. The food was brought out in drips and drabs with the Eisbine been served approximately 10 minutes before the Pizza's. But the worst was definitely the condition of the rest rooms they were filthy and that is not an exaggeration. The cover of the industrial toilet paper dispenser fell off when you touch it, there was no hand soap and the floor was filthy. Unfortunately I had already eaten before using the rest room or I would never have ordered food at DROS. I can just imagine what the KITCHEN looks like. We asked to see the manager as I would have preferred to address the complaints with him face to face but no surprise he was not interested and never bothered to come to the table. I will never go back to a DROS restaurant.
