Sat down with my brother and sister to have a meal and a drink as we have been running up and down, we got our food and out of nowhere we saw cockroaches in plain sight while eating. We immediately lost our appetite, then went on to inform management who was rude and then only gave a 20%discount on the food of which did not happen as we ended up paying full price. The management was rude and inconsiderate As they asked whether the cockroaches walked all over the plate as if that will make a difference. its is unhygienic and seriously disgusting and makes you think how clean is the plate the glasses cutlery and the food you are eating if the cockroaches are seen in plain sight. And as management they could have been polite and instead they were rude. A serious no no. I advice against eating at Spur Carlton Centre
