Debonairs Pizza
False Advertising for Catering Options

Good Day,

I pulled off a catering option from Debonairs which you can find on: [URL Removed]

Now the problem is none of the Debonairs know about this offer, it clearly states: "Conditions Apply: Available at all Debonairs Pizza restaurants except for Debonairs Pizza Express restaurants. Pizza selection may only be chosen from our Classic and Favourite range."

It highly frustrates me that i have to contact 10 different Debonairs to ask for this option and they all tell me the same thing "Sorry Sir, what is that? "

Does Debonairs not do any training or inform their franchises about their offers?

Thabile Mokaba i believe is in charge of this whole thing, which is extremely hard to get a hold of! i think i have phoned the whole of South Africa today...

Bottom line is: DO NOT advertise something that NOT ONE of your stores can offer.

Very Disappointing!
