I am a chef at a 4 star hotel and i am very disappointed with Lone wolf spur and spur in general. The standards are completely shocking across the board. The prices you charge your food should be of standard every time, you guys are more expensive than me and im a chef at a 4 star hotel but our standards are worlds apart. We went to Lone wolf spur on Friday (2512013) like we do at least 2 to 3 times a month with a group of parents from my daughters school for play date with an average bill of R1000 Plus every single time, We ordered our food and two out of the three plates had old oil that had dripped from your extractor fan in the kitchen and being in the industry i know that that is because it has not been deep cleaned in awhile and the daily cleaning or weekly cleaning is not taking place. On top of that our buffalo wings were completely over cooked and dry (not the first time having dry over cooked food at spur) Then we went again on Monday (2812013) and yet again same problem this is total unacceptable if that oil had fallen on a kids plate and licked it up thinking is BBQ sauce You and i both Know what could happen. These kind of things happen across your stores
