I was very upset by an employee this afternoon when I went into the KFC at the Cape Town Station to buy myself something to eat when the lady behind the counter said: What are you going to have, without a smile on her face. I don't think this is good customer service and feel that the employees are getting very slack. I was quite disappointed.
