Bad service gives township complex a bad name!

We ordered at the drive through, then when we had to pay - a lady at the next window (she wasnt wearing a name tag) told us that we have to go around the drive through again and re-order because she did the order for the car that was behind us.
That did not make sense to me, we were not prepared to go around again! She then told us that it was impossible to do our order unless we go around. As if that was not enough, she took our card and told us that its declined. How the does that happen when she didnt even ask for a pin??? Clearly it was their system that had a fault. So we waited there and even switched off the car engine, until a gentleman named Nhlanhla came and assisted us. We need more people like him.
What makes me even more angry is that that woman didnt even apologise and admit that she was wrong! Instead she had such an attitude. And then we wonder why customer service in the townships is bad, its because of people like her...
