At 2.30pm on Monday 30 September 2013 I called and asked for a take away.
I work in the offices one floor above Thrupps Illovo in Thrupps Center.
I placed and order asked if they could deliver my food. There response to me was they are busy and cannot.
The company I work for are regularly customers of theirs.. and I in my personal capacity frequent their restaurant often.
I'd understand that if it was between 12.30 and 2 (lunch hour) that they were so busy that they couldn't assist with deliver however this order was made at 2.30 Monday afternoon...
This has left me extremely disappointed with their bad attitude and poor service
Where is "going the extra mile' for your customers??
