Incompassionate Manager and Staff

I visited the Spur Branch in Ruimsig on Saturday. I was very impressed by the setup and at the time would have recommended it to anyone, however my initial thoughts was easily changed after we received no compassion nor concern from the manager or staff that were on duty. A medical emergency arised where a friend's cousin collapsed and was unable to breathe. My fiance then went to the manager to ask for a glass of ice water to calm the woman down and make sure that she doesn't pass out completely. When my fiance went to see the manager to ask if none of the staff has first aid training, can you guess what his/her answer was, absolutely no response whatsoever. The staff took their own time getting that glass of water, we waited close to 10min for a simple glass of water. Yes I understand that it was busy and i respect that, but what exactly takes preference if there is a medical emergency? Not once did the manager come to the area where we were to find out if she could call an ambulance or if there is anything she can do. I think it is vital that staff especially in a restaurant environment should be equipped with First Aid training. I have never ever seen people that could care any less
