I phoned Debonairs Sparks Rd at 9:50 on Sunday morning to order a Real Deal sub. Was informed that they only open at 10 and ovens were still off so I called back at 10 and spoke to someone else who was actually yawning on the line. Placed my order and confirmed pick up for 10:20am. Reasonable timing, as how busy can they be so early on a Sunday morning? My hubby only reached the branch at 10:40am at which point he discovered that the order was not ready and they had not even begun preparing it. I called and all they could give me was the usual apology which means nothing as this branch is noted for poor service, blas? attitude to customers, no telephone manner, incorrect orders and extremely poor timing when it comes to orders being ready on time. Later on I discovered a strand of hair in my sub. Once again this is not the first time so it seems hygiene and cleanliness are also not on their priority list. VERY VERY disappointed.
