In 2009 two large pizzas cost R65, now the normal pizzas cost R135 for two large pizza. How can that possible be? Even with the maximum inflation of 7% and labor costs increasing at 10% maximum how can the prices possibly double? It is not like Romans has added extra value like improved packaging, added pizza delivery or more topping (in fact...). The only explanation to this problem is that Romans Pizza has seen their popularity and are cashing in on it by exploiting their customers by pushing up prices gain greater margins and putting more money in their pockets.
So sad!
