On the 28th July 2013 I went to the Spur at The Zone in Rosebank.
I wasn't wildly impressed by the service, but it was acceptable.
I ordered a take away burger and chips.
When I got home, I opened my take away, only to find chips and more chips.
I called the Spur and complained.
The manager on duty was so helpful, accomodating and understanding.
I was honestly impressed and wish I could remember her name.
She organised a burger, like I had ordered, to be delivered to my home, in Sandton.
Mr. Delivery arrived about 20 minutes after the telephone conversation, with a WARM burger.
Thank you Spur at the Zone.
Absolutely impressed!
