At 6.45 this morning I went into the steers at engen service station to get served. The three kitchen staff along with the cashier was so deep in conversation that they disnt even acknowledge I was there. The other cashier was fast asleep on the counter and when I commented to the staff that it wasnt very good they just appologised and she continued to sleep. Very bad attitude. Not impressed to get this from my favourite service station. This just shows sheer disrespect for the customers. I would like a call from msnagement.
