We purchased 4 Box Meals at the new branch on Wednesday 18th September 2013 and about 4pm. The chicken was dry and shrivelled, the buns stale and the chips had clearly been reheated. The coldrink came in cups and when my husband asked for cans as he was driving alone, he was met by complete indignation from the manager. We are bitterly disappointed. KFC is such a rare treat for us.
