When I laid a complaint about two weeks ago about the dissatisfaction of the service, head office called me and asked me about the situation he refused to give me a refund. Even though he picked up the unappetising pizza from me he promised to get back to me after investigating the problem. He did not call until today. I do not want a debonairs represntive to call me and speak a whole lot of and also who will fail to keep his feedback.
Since they picked up the pizza I want a full refund. I will not except no less.
