On Thursday, 24/01, at 6.50pm I called Barcelo's Musgrave centre to place an order for a whole chicken combo. I was told by Ahmed that the kitchen was in the process of closing.
When I stated that they closed at 7pm and therefore I should be able to place my order, Ahmed responded that the kitchen was already closed and he couldn't help me further.
I find this to be very poor customer service and based on how Barcelo's handles this complaint, they have potentially lost a customer.
By way of comparison, I called Nandos at Musgrave Centre with the same order and was courteously and efficiently helped and colledcted my order at 7pm.
