On Thursday (17 Jan 2013) at about 20h15 we went to the Nandos at Village View shopping centre in Bedfordview. The restaurant was not too busy, there were 2 or 3 people waiting for take away meals, and we were first in the queue to place our order. Only 1 till was being manned, and it was taking very long to process that customer's order. After standing for a couple of minutes, another gentleman entered the store behind us just as a second till was opened and the lady called him before us. After standing and waiting for 2 or 3 more min, my fiance went to one of the eat-in tills in an attempt to get some service, the lady shouted over him to the manager in the kitchen who first ignored her and then eventually listened but didn't even glance in our direction he just carried on in the kitchen. After this we decided to walk out and made sure the manager saw us. We went to the take away place next door and had our food in no time.
This is the second time I've had terrible service at this Nandos, last year in around October I waited 35 minutes for my order of 2 chicken wrap meals.
I will not be hurrying back for more bad service.
