Poor management, shocking sevice & eating product

A colleague & I pleased orders with a less than enthusiastic teller. I had ordered two identical wraps & after a few mins one came out & was placed in a bag alongside my colleagues' meal. 5 mins pass & I ask about the second wrap; I noted communication between the teller & the kitchen, 2 mins later I saw a wrap going into the toasting machine. I took a deep breath and kept calm. After about 8 mins I asked the teller about the wrap & without even looking at me she communicated with the kitchen again. At this stage I counted 4 "chefs", backs turned staring at the order screen. I watched the now burnt wrap being taken out of the toaster bare handed. The wrap was handled by two "chefs" before, to my disgust, it was placed on the counter, opened & eaten in plain sight of us. At this point I immediately asked for the manager. In a huff the teller left & returned with a gentleman that did not even introduce himself. I tried to explain what had happened & pointed out the wrap which was still on the counter being enjoyed by a few "chefs" - he seemed to be totally confused & disconnected from my conversation and I could see I was not even getting through to him.
