FISHAWAYS No Need to Respond to Customers Complain

I had a probem at Fishaways Sandton last week, raised a call with the fishaways head office last week ref 98397, told that my the regional manager and store owner will get back to me within 48 hours. On Monday well after the 48 hours I called the customer care line for a response, told some one will respond, another 48 later and still no response. Customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for these huge firms like Famous brand, they dont care about me and they only want your money. its time that we start real owner build businesses and stop supporting these franchisers.
