Blown away

Dear Steers,

First of all, I don't think this compliment is completely relevant to the store itself, but I do feel the need to share my experience.

I eat a lot of take-aways, due to the nature of my job. I get home late a lot, and don't want to cook dinner at these hours.
Tonight I stopped at Steers in Mall@Reds. All around no matter what franchise or branch, the evening staff isn't the friendliest of people, so usual routine would be I give my order, pay, get my food and go home.

However tonight, there was this young man, Teboho, who was working at the counter. I could see he had a long day, or shift for that matter. He helped me with a smile, and was the friendliest person I have encountered the entire day. I chatted to him a bit while waiting for my food. He motivated me and himself about bad days, and showed absolute character, and positive attitude, he is well-represented, smart and professional. I am actually quite still blown away by this man. I have never in my experience, had an experience like this in a take-away store. Apart from this, the food was fantastic too.

Please give my compliments to Teboho! He made my whole week better :)
