This manager has a stinking attitude

I personally think Newscafe woodmead is one of the best places to chill and the environment is great, HOWEVER, I would suggest that the manager of that branch attend customer care training to understand what it means to treat customers well. Especially if the target customers are mixed in terms of race, unless he thinks that a shebeen of which I wouldn't want to be associated with such.

I am certain that the brand managers of Newscafe would approve of this feedback, it kills a good reputation. He needs to sort himself out and FAST.
