My friend and I visited Newscafe Highveld witbank on 23/08/2013... we excpected nothing but the best service because newscafe is our favourite place when in jhb. The manager on duty was so rude when the the waiter was running around looking for a table for us he went as far as to ask the waiter whats so special about these two in front of us. Not only that the food was disgusting that I was so sick the next day. The chips were actually off colour they were actually grey in colour. I will continue to tell the world about their service until something is done about it. The white lady that came to try and help with food issue was also not even interested. Something is just not right about that newscafe I think the staff needs to learn from Newscafe bedfordview.
