Mr Delivery
1 Hour late as promised

To whom it my concern

Order number BEN00144518

Placed an order with Mr Delivery at 10:00 am was assured that my order would arrive at 13:00 pm my order only came at 14h:00pm and my client has left, could not wait for order and now I'm sitting with the bill to settle.

The agreement over the phone with Sibongile was that the food will be delivered at 13h00 pm when I phoned to find out how far the order was, all kind of excusses were given and basicly a f##$$% you attitude.

Now I had to pay the R224.57 bill and my client has left?
