Food poisoning - M&B Woodmead

We visited the M& B Woodmead on 2013/08/06 at approx. 17h30. My daughter ordered a red velvet muffin of which she ate half of. When I tasted the other half at the end of my meal, I stated that the muffin was stale. The waiter was standing next to me at the time but ignored my comments. My daughter became sick later that evening. She was taken to a doctor the next who diagnosed food poisoning. I reported the issue to M&B via their callcentre. Received calls from manager Khanyi & Area Manager. Khanyi requested I visit the store to discuss, but I stated to her that I live in Pretoria & would see her over the weekend. Both myself & my spouse went to M&B Woodmead on Sunday 11 Aug. Khanyi explained their hygiene procedures, baking policy & the fact that the waiter was disciplined for poor service. She stated that the area manager requested that we be shown the kitchen area etc but we were not taken around or shown proof of the baking schedule. She stated that the owner was away and would return the next day & that they would revert to me with a decision. No reponse from M&B at all thereafter. I called on 2013/08/15 - No RESPONSE to date
