Disgusting Bad Attitude from KFC Management

My son did a pick-up at Rosmead (021 671 0622). Order #667 at 18:14:56 2 September 2013. When he arrived home found that three cokes and a small packet of chips were missing. My wife immediately called and spoke with Rajshahi (manager) and arranged to pick up the missing items at a later stage. THEN she started blaming my son for driving away and not taking the cokes. My wife corrected her that the chap helping him said thank you and he took this as being the full order. All good until this point when she started to dress down my wife (being the customer) being at fault. I was sitting 20 feet away from my wife and I could the raised level of Rajshahi's voice. I then took over the phone and unfortunately she continued with the most arrogant attitude I have ever come across from someone supposedly being in a customer services environment. After pointless debate with me, my message was simple and that we are the customers and all she had to do was say 'we made a mistake' and move on. Nope she was adamant to get her point across and kept on talking over me. The most disgusting engagement that I have ever come across from anyone in the food industry.
