We ordered our meals from our favorite Thai Spot and unfortunately received below average food. This was very unusual as the restaurant produces outstanding food generally. I called to let them know, just to be aware. Janine (Manager) was extremely attentive and wanted to sort the problem out. Janine also offered to replace or allow us to come again for a meal on the house. We did not expect this and are extremely grateful. The manner in which we were handled, was outstanding. Janine is a valuable asset to Simply Asia and their reputation. I am and for always will be a loyal customer of this exceptional franchise. Well Done and Thank you once again.
