My family visited from Namibia last week, and over the weekend we purchased the "barrel" with extra pops, zinger wings and chips for dinner. Accepting that they were estremely busy, we waited for the order. Upon arriving at our picnic spot on the beach, we dished out and discovered about 3 cm of oil at the bottom of the barrel. The chicken was still dripping from it. The pops was dark in colour, which to my opinion was fried in old oil, the same as the chicken, and zinger wings. The only thing we could manage to eat was the chips. Some of the family members ate a piece of chicken, but got sick and threw up. I didnt want to do anything about it, and just went to buy pizza at debonairs. My partner then went to KFC again, to tell them what had happened, and the person on duty took our telephone number, not even apologising, and said that the manager will contact us the following day, which would have been Monday. To this day, no-one has contacted us. This is extremely dissatisfying. Someone, please do something!
