I send a complaint in via the general website a few weeks ago after I was very ill after eating dinner at the said restaurant. I have still not received a response. Either the complaint was not received, in which case the option of sending complaints/compliments should not be offered on the website. Or no one actually cares, in which case I will never return to any Ciao Baby and advise my friends and family to do the same.
